All orders over £20.00 received before 1pm receive Free standard delivery and will be despatched within 24-48 hours and delivered within 3-5 working days (these times are worst case scenario and your delivery will usually arrive well within these expectations).
We cannot guarantee these times as we are dependant on couriers and therefore cannot be held liable for any losses due to late delivery.
Orders under £20.00 are subject to £2.99 delivery charge.
Express delivery on orders placed on working days before 1pm receive next day delivery and are subject to £9.99 charge. (We always try to despatch orders placed before 1pm on working days on the same day as orders are received. Bike orders may take slightly longer as we have to build and inspect your bike prior to despatch, this is usually within 1-3 days and delivery is then the next day.
Bike orders are pre built by our Cytech trained mechanics prior to despatch but some parts such as pedals cannot be fitted to enable us to package your bike properly. If you have any queries regarding fitting or adjusting when your bike is delivered please just give us a call and we will be happy to walk you through the process.

We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging which must be undamaged and accompanied by your original receipt issued by All Ride Now at time of purchase.
Please contact All Ride Now to inform us of the reason for returning your purchase prior to sending.
It is your legal responsibility to make sure any returned goods are packaged suitably for transit. We recommend using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be responsible for any returns that may be lost or damaged in transit.
On receipt of your returned goods we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, whichever is applicable.
If you have received wrong items or faulty goods we will refund postage costs equivalent to Royal Mail first class recorded. Please include a receipt for any charges with your returned items.
All products come with a manufacturers UK warranty which varies from brand to brand. Should your purchase develop any faults after our 30 day returns window we will act as the manufacturer's agent and proceed with your warranty request following their guidance and under the terms of their warranty. You will be liable for the return postage cost to us. If it is established that the goods are faulty we will send you a replacement or repaired product free of charge.
Please note that purchases may only be refunded or exchanged outside of the 30 day returns policy if damage has occurred due to faulty manufacture and not due to wear and tear.

Simply return the unwanted Bontrager item with a valid receipt and state that you are returning it under Bontrager's Guarantee. Please also state what you'd like to exchange the item for (the replacement item doesn't have to be a Bontrager product).

The Yamaha PW unit is proven to be a powerful and reliable motor. Thanks to its Zero-Cadence system, it supports the rider from the first revolution of the crank. As one of the few motors available allowing a dual chainring, the Yamaha system is able to offer a broad range of gears providing more gear options out on the trails. Given its high maximum torque of up to 80Nm, its compact size, and its low noise, the Yamaha PW is one of the best eBike systems for sporty use.
The Yamaha multifunction display provides a quick overview of all the Yamaha system features. The removable display can be mounted in different positions and is operated by the remote on the handlebar. /react-text

Via the remote the light on the eBike can be switched on and off, and walk-assist can be activated.
Haibike Integrated Motor Concept: The motor is the technological core and defining characteristic of an eBike. Thanks to our Gravity Casting motor interfaces we can integrate the motor in a compact manner without separate mounting plates. This concept reduces the space required to mount the motor and decreases the visual volume of the engine.
Elegant integration : The SkidPlate is a useful protective device from a technical perspective, but also allows us to optically integrate the motor to make it part of the frame. Unlike other integration concepts, the motor looks like a natural part of the eBike.
Conventional eBike motors sit low in the frame and run the risk of being damaged by strikes to the underside of your bike. In 2012 we introduced the SkidPlate, a simple protective element that effectively protects the motor from below.
Protection from below
Similar to a helmet, the SkidPlate protects the motor from damage and is strong enough to absorb even the hardest of strikes that would otherwise damage the motor.
Plastic as the ideal material
We use a special, impact-resistant plastic that is able to perfectly distribute force and withstand deformation of its shape. Unlike metal, which would bend permanently, plastic springs back to its original state. The paint color conceals scratches and damages, and if necessary the SkidPlate can be replaced easily and inexpensively.
The centerpiece of the frame: the motor interface. At this connection point many important functions come together: the engine mount, swing arm and shock mounts, and the battery and downtube connection. The more stable the interface is, the more stable the entire frame is.
We started using a casting process from the motorcycle industry, gravity casting, in 2010. Negative molds are created from compressed sand, filled with aluminum-zinc alloy, and then rotated along precisely calculated axes. Thanks to gravity, there is uniform thickness throughout the casting.
Light, stable and precise
The raw cast aluminum parts are controlled by X-ray analysis and then reworked in a computerized process that ensures a consistently high level of precision, and a finished interface that is low weight and high-strength.
