Buying a used bike shouldn’t feel like a gamble. At All Ride Now, Approved Used means something very specific: bikes we know, bikes we trust, and bikes we’re happy to put our name behind.

These are not anonymous marketplace bikes or unknown private sales. They’re bikes with a history we understand, prepared by a workshop we trust — our own.

Where our Approved Used bikes come from

Most All Ride Now Approved Used bikes are:

  • Bikes originally sold new by All Ride Now and serviced by us throughout their ownership, or

  • Bikes belonging to customers we know and have regularly maintained

Because we know the bike’s background, servicing and care, we can confidently approve it for resale. We don’t buy in bikes with unknown history and we don’t approve bikes we wouldn’t ride ourselves.

What “Approved” actually means

Before any bike is listed as Approved Used, it goes through a full assessment by our qualified mechanics.

Every Approved Used bike:

  • Is fully inspected by our workshop team

  • Is professionally serviced before sale

  • Has any worn components replaced where required

  • Is safety‑checked and test‑ridden

  • Is honestly condition‑graded, with cosmetic marks clearly shown

This isn’t a visual once‑over — it’s the same workshop standards we apply to bikes we service every day.

Condition, honesty & transparency

Approved Used bikes are graded clearly so you know exactly what to expect. Cosmetic marks may be present and are consistent with the bike’s age and use — these are shown clearly in the images and reflected in the condition description.

We don’t describe bikes as “like new” or hide wear. What you see is what you get, and if you want to inspect a bike in person, you’re always welcome to do so.

Approved Used warranty

All Ride Now Approved Used bikes are supplied with a 3‑month or 1,000‑mile warranty (whichever comes first).

This warranty covers manufacturing defects relating to:

  • The frame

  • The electric motor (where applicable)

  • All non‑consumable components

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Consumable items

  • Damage resulting from crashes, misuse or neglect after sale

This gives you peace of mind that simply isn’t available with private or marketplace purchases.
