The Trek Madone SLR 7 steps up into Trek's flagship one-piece carbon Madone platform — lighter and stiffer than the SL frame, with Shimano Ultegra Di2 electronic shifting.

WHO THIS BIKE SUITS

You want the SLR's lighter, stiffer one-piece carbon frame over the SL's frame construction.

You want Ultegra-level electronic shifting on the top-tier frame.

IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT

If you'd prefer SRAM, the SLR 7 AXS shares this frame with a Force AXS groupset.

If SLR pricing is out of reach, the SL 7 gives you a similar Ultegra Di2 build on the SL frame for less.

WHERE IT SITS IN THE RANGE

The SLR 7 is the entry point into Trek's flagship SLR frame — same one-piece carbon construction as the bikes above it, with Shimano Ultegra Di2 keeping the groupset cost sensible relative to Dura-Ace.

THE FINAL WORD

If you want the SLR's frame performance and don't need Dura-Ace or SRAM RED, the SLR 7 is where we'd point you.
