- Secure Mounting - With 3M VHB adhesive and a flexible base, the Dash / Console mount can adhere to flat and slightly curved surfaces. See our recommended surface guidelines for more information to choose the correct surface and mounting angle
- Adjustable Viewing Angle - The single pivot ball joint allows for 180° head articulation in the Z axis and 360° rotation around the base. Mounting your phone in the optimal viewing position is simple.
- Sleek Design - Slim profile base and black hardware will cleanly integrate with your cars interior.
- MAG™ and Wireless Charging (optional) - Upgrade your Mount with one of our two Quad Lock MAG™ Heads and make mounting your phone even easier. Surface Guidelines
The Quad Lock® Universal Adaptor uses a 3M™ VHB 5611 Adhesive which will adhere to smooth, non-textured, non-porous surfaces such as:
- Plastics such as PC, ABS, PVC, Nylon, Acrylic
- Metals
- Fibreglass
- Uncoated Glass
The adhesive will not bond to the following substrates:
- Rubber, TPU, TPE
- Leather
- Silicone
- Hydrophobic coated glass (Also known as anti-fingerprint glass, which is found on the back of most modern smartphones)
- Soft touch coating or paint
- Low surface energy plastics such as Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), Acetal, HDPE
The 3M™ VHB is a single use adhesive and is not reusable
