The Bosch PowerMore 250 Wh Range Extender is a compact add-on battery that fits neatly into the bottle cage (supplied with this kit), giving your Bosch Smart System e-bike extra range for longer rides and all-day adventures.

The unit is roughly the size of a drinks bottle (200 × 88 × 75 mm) and weighing just 1.5 kg (1.6 kg with mount), it’s designed to extend your range without the inconvenience of carrying and changing a spare battery on the go.

Compatibility & Installation Notes

Before purchasing, make sure your e-bike:

1. Runs the Bosch Smart System (model year 2024 or later).

2. Has the latest software installed — the PowerMore 250 requires Smart System firmware updates for full communication with your bike.

3. Uses a PowerMore-ready charge port — some bikes may need a port upgrade to accommodate the new connector.

4. Has space for a bottle-mount position on the frame.

The charging cable is not included and must be ordered separately. Cable length varies by frame design — check with your bike manufacturer or All Ride Now to confirm the correct option. Alternatively check out Bosch Powermore compatibility page
