The Haibike xDuro AllMtn 8.0 FLYON is a full-suspension carbon e-MTB built around the TQ HPR 120S motor — one of the most powerful and natural-feeling mid-drive systems ever put in a mountain bike. 120Nm of torque, 630Wh battery, Fox Performance Elite suspension front and rear, and Shimano XT throughout. This is a serious bike from an era when Haibike were leading the e-MTB industry, not following it.

WHAT MAKES THIS BIKE SPECIAL

The TQ FLYON motor is the headline. At 120Nm it out-torques every Bosch, Shimano and Yamaha system of its era — and it does it with a natural, analogue feel that many riders prefer to the more aggressive delivery of competing motors. The carbon frame keeps the weight reasonable given the spec level, and the Fox Performance Elite suspension package is genuinely high-end. MX wheel setup (29" front, 27.5+ rear) gives you rollover from the front and traction from the rear.

HOW IT RIDES

Motor and power

The TQ HPR 120S delivers power in a way that feels remarkably natural — it amplifies your input rather than taking over. In the top two modes it's genuinely rapid on climbs; in the middle modes it feels much like a strong rider. The 630Wh battery gives you a real full-day range on most trail rides.

Suspension

Fox 36 Float Performance Elite up front and Fox Performance Elite Float DPX2 at the rear — 150mm each way. A capable, tuneable setup that handles everything from fast trail to proper enduro riding.

Wheels and tyres

MX mixed wheel setup: 29" front for rollover and steering precision, 27.5+ rear for traction. Maxxis Minion front and rear — the benchmark trail tyre combination.
